A. How do I apply to work at Arabtec?
In order to apply for one of our vacancies, please use the Job Search section in our Career gate. All of our recruitment vacancies are posted in our website. You can use the different filters available on the screen to search for your job opportunity.

B. What should I do if I cannot find a job opportunity that matches my skills?
Even if you do not find an open job vacancy that suits your skills and expertise, you will be able to submit your profile through our Job Search.

C. How do I know if you have received my profile?
After creating your online candidate profile, you will be entitled to apply to open vacancies. Once you apply for a position, an automatic notification within 24 hours will be sent to you that your online profile has been received by the Arabtec Recruitment Department.

D. How long my application will remain active in your Career Gate portal?
Your profile will remain in our recruitment database and you will always be able to log in and update or change any information as needed and apply to new open vacancies in the future.

E. Some tips on how to be prepared for a Job Interview with Arabtec



Before the interview

• Read the Job Post carefully, take into account all the requirements needed
• Find out information about us before the interview
• Find names and titles of every person you will meet
• Make a first good impression: business attire and well rested
• Arrive a few minutes early
• Be polite and friendly with anyone you meet



During the interview

• Sit upright and stay alert
• Control your nonverbal communication
• Make eye contact with the interviewer
• Listen! Do not interrupt
• Ask thoughtful questions during the interview
• Be honest at all times
• Keep your answers relatively short
• Give examples that will show your knowledge, skills and expertise
• Ask for the following steps and the desired timeframe for filling the vacancy



After the interview

Review the questions and answers and learn from possible mistakes
Send an email to thank the interview
Stay alert for possible phone and email contact

F. How long does it take to process my application?
This varies from one role to another, however you can rest assured that we respond to every candidate with an outcome as soon as possible.

G. What should I do if I have problems pertaining submitting my CV through the Career Gate
First of all, please make sure that you have filled in all the required information. If the problem persists, please contact career@arabtecuae.com providing the following information: name, main contact, problem encountered, screenshot if possible, and the position, title and recruitment number you are applying to.
