ARABTEC HOLDING PJSC formerly known as Arab Technical Construction Company (ATCC) was founded in 1975 to offer construction services with special focus on the growing UAE market. In 2005, Arabtec was listed on the DFM with initial issued share capital of 400 million (AED 1 par value). At that time, Arabtec was the first private firm to go public. Arabtec currently operates in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Jordan, Qatar, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Palestine and Russia. Additional markets being developed include Libya, Algeria and Egypt among others.
